Trial-class form

The trial booking form sends the student’s full name, date of birth and mailing address, parent or guardian name where applicable, email, optional phone number and message, selected class, date, time and participation preference to The Edge. Bookings are stored in the website database and visible only to authorized gym staff. Resend delivers booking notifications to the gym. Dates of birth and mailing addresses remain in the signed waiver record and are not included in notification emails. Parents and guardians provide their own contact details when booking a kids’ class. Booking contact records are scheduled for removal by routine maintenance after 90 days; you can ask the gym to delete yours sooner. Signed waiver records are kept separately and are not removed when a booking is deleted. Each signed record includes the student’s identity details, the complete waiver text and version, document fingerprint, signer’s name and role, consent statement and signing time. Authorized coaches and owners can find and print these records. Contact the gym about access to your waiver or retention questions. Limited technical information is used to prevent spam. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a membership or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Membership enrollment and waivers

Online enrollment is not open. The membership flow does not currently collect enrollment details, membership signatures or payments. Trial booking signatures are stored as described above. A complete privacy notice will be provided before these services begin collecting information.

The prepared enrollment service uses contact information, student names, dates of birth and mailing addresses, signed waiver records and payment references. Waiver records retain the document version, text, signature and signing time. Payment card details are intended to be handled by the selected payment provider. They are not collected in the website’s enrollment form.

Member accounts and referrals

Member login, referral sharing, reward tracking and automatic credits are not connected yet. Referral information is not currently being collected through a member account.

Schedule

Class times come from The Edge’s public OpenMatNearMe listing. Your browser keeps a local schedule copy and checks for updates at most once an hour. No visitor account is required.

Coach and owner sign-in

Google verifies staff identity and shares a name, email address and account identifier with this website. The Edge keeps its own coach and owner permissions. Essential secure cookies maintain a staff session for up to 12 hours and protect sign-in. Owners can remove staff access and send access invitations through Resend. Invitations expire after 24 hours and still require Google sign-in. Staff permission changes are recorded for accountability. The website does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.

Gym updates, events and promotions

Approved coaches can save gym updates, event details, competitor information and promotion announcements. Drafts are visible only in coach tools; published information appears on the website. Coach changes are associated with the signed-in account.

Social sharing preparation

Coaches may save Facebook and Instagram versions of an update alongside the website post. Social accounts are not connected, and these saved versions are not sent to either platform.

Fight videos

YouTube players load only when you choose to watch a fight. Playing a video connects to YouTube and is subject to its privacy practices.

External services

Directions, the gear shop and any configured member portal open external services with their own privacy practices.
