How is boxing different from Muay Thai?

Boxing centers on punches and defensive movement. Muay Thai adds kicks, knees, elbows and clinch work.

Is this a good first discipline?

What equipment should I bring?

No gear is needed for your free trial class. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. For regular boxing classes, boxing gloves and shoes are required. Hand wraps are recommended.
