Good questions.
A clearer first step.

Is Muay Thai the same as boxing?

Both use punches, footwork and defensive movement. Muay Thai also includes kicks, knees, elbows and clinch techniques.

What gear and uniform do I need?

No gear is needed for your free trial class. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. For regular Muay Thai training, boxing gloves are required, preferably 16 oz, along with The Edge Muay Thai T-shirt or tank top from the gear shop. Hand wraps, shin guards and boxing or grappling shoes are recommended.
